Returns

We offer a 30 day return on all undamaged products when accompanied by a receipt and in original packaging. Returns require an RA number which can be obtained by calling 866-509-4339 or by e-mailing eHydroponics. A restocking fee of 15% may be charged on all returned merchandise. Special ordered items are not returnable unless defective and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Customer is required to pay shipping for returned items. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Warranty Information

All warranties are given by the product manufacturer, only. eHydroponics.com accepts no responsibility or liability, expressed or otherwise for any manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us for the proper warranty procedure. In most cases we are able to get the problem remedied immediately. Call or email us as soon as possible and we will do what we can.

When returning products covered under warranty, please package them up with the same care and protection we used to get the item to you. Any lamp broken during transit back to us cannot be covered under warranty and will not be replaced.

Payment Options

We gladly accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check, Money Order and Cash. ORDERS OVER $200 -- If the order is being shipped to an address that is not the confirmed billing address we reserve the right to ship that order to the billing address. To confirm the authorized use of your credit card please provide us with a fax or email scan of the front and back of your credit card. This is to protect your card from fraudulent use.

If paying by PayPal we can ONLY ship to a "Confirmed" address and may not accept PayPal payments without an unconfirmed address.

Note: If sending cash- which we do not recommend, please send it in a traceable form of delivery (ex. UPS, FedEx, USPS - Certified Mail) as eHydroponics.com will not be responsible for lost cash payments. Please email us immediately with the tracking number after sending a cash payment.

Payment by Money Order

Those wishing to pay by Money Order should follow the checkout procedure until they come to the form field asking for Payment Method and select "other." Customers can then simply mail their money order to eHydroponics noting their Order I.D. #, for the amount of their order. Mail checks to:
